The software
RoofOS is a roofing CRM and project management application. A company uses it to keep jobs, customers, estimates, invoices, and payments, and may connect its own QuickBooks Online company.
These terms are the end user license for that software. They are not a roofing contract, warranty, or change order between a contractor and a homeowner.

The license
We grant the company a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RoofOS for its roofing business while its account is active. The company does not receive ownership of the software. The company that opens the account is responsible for its users.
The company's records
The company owns the customer, job, estimate, invoice, and payment records it enters. The company is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters and for having permission to store customer contact details.
QuickBooks Online
Connecting QuickBooks is optional. An owner starts it from Settings, then Integrations, then QuickBooks. By connecting, the company authorizes RoofOS to match or create a customer, create an invoice when RoofOS sends an invoice, and record a payment when RoofOS logs a payment on that invoice. RoofOS does not sync estimates.
RoofOS does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Intuit's own terms apply to QuickBooks. The company can disconnect in Settings. If QuickBooks does not accept a sync, the invoice or payment still stays saved in RoofOS.
SMS Communications Terms
Program Description: Roofgent offers transactional SMS messaging about roofing projects, appointments, estimates, and account information.
Consent Required: By providing a phone number and agreeing to texts, you consent to receive SMS messages from TopCal Roofing and Roofgent. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
Message Types: Appointment reminders, estimate notifications, project updates, scheduling notifications, customer support, account alerts, and verification codes.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message, call (844) 867-2259, or update preferences in the account. For help, reply HELP.
Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for carrier charges.
Acceptable use
Do not use RoofOS to access another company's data, disrupt the service, or upload content the company has no right to store.
Availability
We work to keep RoofOS available. We do not promise uninterrupted service. If QuickBooks is unavailable, RoofOS still saves the company's own invoice or payment.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, for differences between RoofOS and QuickBooks, or for indirect damages from use of the software. Job prices, homeowner contracts, and warranties are the company's responsibility. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
